Products, food information and availability
Product descriptions, available ingredient and allergen declarations, pack sizes and prices are shown on the product page. Some food information may not yet be listed online, and manufacturers may change recipes, ingredients or packaging without notice.
Stock and product availability are checked again during checkout. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you about an appropriate refund or an agreed substitute. We do not substitute an item without your agreement.
Food allergies, ingredients and dietary requirements
Allergy and dietary notice: Ingredient, allergen and nutritional information may be incomplete or unavailable online. The absence of an allergen warning does not mean a product is allergen-free or suitable for a particular dietary requirement.
If you have an allergy, intolerance, medical dietary requirement or concern about cross-contact, contact us before placing your order to request the latest product-specific manufacturer information. Always check the physical packaging when your order arrives and before consuming the product.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Where a product is sold by weight or volume and a reliable net quantity is available, its comparable unit price is displayed. Delivery charges, applicable surcharges, discounts and the full amount payable are shown before you continue to secure Stripe payment.
An order is accepted only after payment has been successfully verified and reconciled with the correct order. We may refuse or cancel an order where payment cannot be confirmed, stock is unavailable, a genuine pricing error is identified or legal restrictions prevent fulfilment.
Delivery and age-restricted items
Delivery eligibility, charges and estimated times depend on your postcode and basket. See our delivery policy. Alcohol is available only to customers aged 18 or over, and an adult may need to provide identification when the order arrives.
For eligible UK mainland orders, the normal standard-delivery charge applies below the free-delivery threshold and is removed once that threshold is reached. Where a basket contains alcohol and weighs 10 kg or less, the alcohol delivery charge replaces the standard mainland delivery charge, including when the order value is below the free-delivery threshold. Regional delivery pricing may still apply to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.
If the total product weight is over 10 kg, the heavy-goods charge takes priority and replaces both the normal postcode-based delivery charge and any alcohol delivery charge. A frozen-product surcharge may still be added where frozen delivery is enabled and applicable. The exact delivery total is shown before payment.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Eligible non-perishable online purchases normally carry a 14-day cancellation period. Rapidly perishable goods and certain unsealed hygiene-sensitive products can be exempt from change-of-mind returns. Faulty, unsafe, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain protected by your statutory rights. Full instructions are in our returns and refunds policy.
Customer accounts and security
Keep your account credentials confidential and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Customer accounts are temporarily locked after three unsuccessful sign-in attempts. Account and order information is handled according to our privacy notice.
Applicable law and customer rights
These terms are subject to applicable UK law and do not exclude or reduce any mandatory consumer protections. Customers retain the protections of the law applicable where they live within the United Kingdom.
