Delivery areas and current prices

• UK mainland standard delivery: £4.99.
• Highlands and Islands: £4.99, subject to postcode availability.
• Northern Ireland: £4.99, subject to product and postcode eligibility.

We do not currently deliver to Channel Islands or Isle of Man postcodes beginning GY, JE or IM. Enter your full postcode at checkout for the definitive eligibility and price.

Free standard delivery

Eligible UK mainland grocery orders qualify for free standard delivery once the qualifying basket reaches £40.00. This removes the normal UK mainland delivery charge only. Alcohol, heavy-goods and frozen-product rules are calculated separately as described below. Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland use their applicable regional delivery pricing rather than the mainland free-delivery threshold.

Estimated delivery times

Current delivery estimates are normally around two working days after dispatch for eligible mainland postcodes and around four working days for Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Checkout shows the applicable delivery information for your basket.

We will tell you if we cannot complete your order within any agreed delivery period. Where no delivery date was agreed, your statutory rights continue to apply.

Alcohol and age verification

You must be at least 18 to buy alcohol. An adult must be available to receive an age-restricted delivery and may need to show valid identification.

For an eligible UK mainland basket weighing 10 kg or less, an alcohol delivery charge of £5.99 replaces the normal standard-delivery charge. This means an alcohol order below the free-delivery threshold is not charged both standard delivery and the alcohol charge. For Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, the applicable regional delivery charge may also apply. If the basket is over 10 kg, the heavy-goods rule below takes priority instead.

Heavy and frozen products

Orders with a total product weight over 10 kg have a £6.99 heavy-goods charge. When this applies, the normal postcode-based delivery charge and any alcohol delivery charge are waived. In other words, the heavy-goods charge takes priority over both standard or regional delivery and alcohol delivery charges.

Frozen-product delivery is not currently available. Checkout will prevent an order that contains a frozen product until this service is enabled.
